A double col team which has ACDC because Bon Scott of the band AC/DC died of alcohol poisoning? Struggling to make sense of "makes me sick", so thought I'd try an irl connection.

Only defenders have crackers
However everyone knows about this
Using wrong food makes runners go back north

The usual way is to use correct food
So unusual, it makes me sick
Runners go "bleurgh" after eating

Referring to the penance caves with special note of how crawl/run are swapped i.e. a special reference to the healers spawning from the healer cave and the defender manning the runner cave.
Now we are two
Defender can get two lures...
Soon to be one
...but can unlure to get only the fresh healer.

1/16,000 chance of getting
However everyone knows about this
Listed in the rewards section of wiki
One may perceive this an unusual gestalt
Both items (Med Helm and Chainbody) are under 1m and buying them would save much more time over high gambles
So unusual, it makes me sick

Frowned upon for logistic reasons so rarely used...
However everyone knows about this
But torso chasers need those Def pts so other team members accept it.

It's a team regardless and they can technically finish in 12-13 mins if good.
So unusual, it makes me sick...
But you're sick (because of poison from penance healers) more often because that is one less healer you could have had.
