Welcome to the MAN HUNT SIGNUP!!!
I'll quickly go over how man hunt goes. (also posted on 2nd anniversary thread)
Man Hunt is a game of hiding where one person ((co-)host) hides, gives out clues and other people go on the hunt to find him.
On previous Man Hunts, we tried to keep all the locations quest-free. By doing that we limit ourselves each time, be aware that quest areas could be used this time around.
It goes as followed:
1. Form teams
Teams will consist of 4 people each. To spice things up, we have decided to allow pre-made teams this time round. For anyone not in a team, we will be drafting teams in world 317 race style! You will use your captains cc and/or discord to communicate with your team members.
2. Check Zeta for Clues (link coming soon!)
After teams have been formed, the hosts/co-hosts will go into the hiding spot and reveal clues here on the Forums.
3. Find the Hidden Man
Find the Hidden man with help of the clue(s) you're given. You have about 10 minutes to find the hidden man.
4. Wait until more people arrive
We are working with a point system: first place receives more points than second, second more than third etc..
5. Back to Step #2
Repeat the process after teams have found the Hidden Man.
After 8 locations have been found everyone will come together in BA lobby. The hosts/co-hosts will announce the winning teams. They will receive a prize and badge on the Forums!
Now that we've covered what man hunt is, let the sign up begin!
Teams will be capped at 4 players to make it fair for each team.
This means you can sign up with up to 3 others if you'd like to be in a team with those people, make sure they're also wanting to be on your team beforehand!
Say you only got one friend willing to partner up with you, no worries! You can fill your team right before the events starts when others are drafting teams.
Captains of the teams should be able to be on discord during Man Hunt in order to get updates on when new clues or locations are being posted (not voice). They will be responsible for updating the team on clues on the site.
BEFORE you sign up:
Make sure your team or at least 3 out of the 4 people can make it until the end. Man Hunt lasts about two hours! (Saturday, December 8th, 7 PM GMT)
