There has been a small change to inactivity sweeps.
Formerly, members were considered inactive if they were 90+ days unseen within the CC.
Admins will now consider a rank inactive if he/she is 60+ days unseen within the CC.
Rationale: usually inactivity sweeps done at 90 days would bring CBA's friends-list down to 330/400. The most recent sweep at 90 days only brought the list to 375/400. In order to ensure that the friends-list has space for active players, inactivity needed to be shortened to 60 days.
That is all for now. We may be re-examining the ranking system more soon, in particular, requirements for achieving the Sergeant rank.
