1) As scroller, open an interface as the queen's trap door animation activates on wave 10. (Personally I click a prayer now, but you can also use house options like in the video or rub a games necklace if that's easier for you).
2) Exit the interface after the queen is fully spawned and the omega egg will pop up instantly. This happens at 0:21 in the above video, it's a little hard to see from my angle.
