With the summer officially kicked off, it's time for us all to relax and enjoy the sun. But for anyone that missed it, here's a recap of everything that happened!
430's Challenges
Leading up to the big weekend, we ran 3 ba-related challenges from 430's historic catalogue. First was the green egg challenge, in which your team must beat all 10 waves without ever using an egg that isn't green except for the omega. Congratulations to Inquez, Fosters, Crowride, Reetu, and Tassos for winning this one with a blazing fast 10:37.
The next challenge was the arrow room, in which your team must leave the wave and go back to the arrow room and select "any role" for every single wave. While this is a frequent past-time for many true fun enjoyers, very rarely is it run with speed in mind. Congratulations to Goulach, Fosters, Kahvo, Reducer, and Thordain for winning with an impressive 13:17, officially achieving the arrow room world record as well!
The final challenge was solo half-heal. In this challenge, you're allowed to have 2 healers, but both must fill up half of their inventories with random junk. It was Sedation, Elbo, Thordain, Reducer, and Fosters that won this challenge with a respectable 11:01. Don't be surprised if this one comes back, there's much more time to save there!
Day 1 - Saturday June 11th
Man Hunt
Starting off the weekend events was Man Hunt. As always, teams set out to find 2 pairs of hosts in 8 different locations. With only a slow drip of clues to go off of, teams must race to find each one! Some teams had some incredible game knowledge, and others had some incredible luck. But team Ink's Kinks had both, leading them to a clean victory. Gzzzzz! If you missed manhunt but want to play along and see how you'd do, check out all of the clues here: drive.google.com/drive/folders/1ZLitKGT-1Tpb6jap5WL-3EdjzT4-VLNr?usp=sharing

Run Escape
After Manhunt we took a little break and then went right back into the events with Run Escape. Run escape was an experimental event we've never done before, taking players on a massive relay race through Zeah in a pvp world. One member of each team ran, while the rest of the team defended him with snares, dragon spears, mud pies, and whatever other humane ideas they could come up with.
The event quickly devolved into a (fun) chaos of teams sabotaging each other, and a couple pkers even joining in on the events! RIP Punyip.
Once again, the players from Ink's Kinks (now Crow's Toes) asserted their dominance in yet another event by taking a very clean victory in this event with an overall time of 17:42
Day 2 - Sunday June 12th
All of our Sunday events were livestreamed on twitch by our incredible hosts Buns, lron, and Boz. During the Sunday stream, we ran a charity campaign for Safe in Our World! Safe in Our World is a charity that raises awareness and creates mental health initiatives for gamers, and those who are working in the gaming industry. During the day, we raised a total of 1515 euros!@!@ A truly remarkable number, by a remarkable community.

Tournament
Firstly, big shout out and thank you to Don Moochie, Crowride, and Raideniza for joining the CBA Multitwitch and streaming their point of views during the tournament.
In these races, 10 teams were divided into 2 groups on separate worlds. The top 2 teams from each world moved on while the rest battled it out in another race to secure 2 more spots in the semi-finals, for a total of 6 teams. From these, only 3 teams moved on to the big finale. GZ to Teams Crowride, Zanuil, and G Fruit on making it to the finals.
The races this year were extremely fast, with 8 total sub 11 runs. To put that into perspective, during the 5 year anniversary tournament, there was only 1. Now that's some impressive improvement. One of these teams would have an absolutely insane tournament, in which every single run was sub 11. This team also went on to win the tournament with a dominant 20 second lead, congratulations to team Crowride! At this point is anyone really surprised? The man has won in every event so far!
Here's a full list of the teams & results:
