This weekend CBA will be hosting a Kahoot Trivia Contest.
In order to play, it is required that members use either Kahoot’s website or Phone App. Kahoot does not cost any money to join and all user information is completely anonymous. All you will need to do is go to kahoot.it/ and enter the provided code to join.
On Saturday 7PM GMT Jake Tasty will go live on CBA's Twitch @www.twitch.tv/casualba. To join us, you simply type in "kahoot.it" on your phone or desktop (we recommend using your phone) and type in the code from CBA's stream to join the game room. You will need to provide a display name after logging in. Make sure your display name is something recognizable so that you can be properly rewarded, if you win. You must keep Jake’s stream open at all times to see the trivia questions as they appear in live time.
There are currently 4 categories that will be played with 15 questions each:
Round 1. BA and CBA History Trivia - Questions with four multiple choice answers
Round 2. RS Trivia - Questions with four multiple choice answers
Round 3. 90’s and 00’s Pop Music Trivia - Name the song from 10 second clips
Round 4. 90’s and 00’s Popular Movie Trivia - Name the movie from a still image
Since there will be a delay on Twitch and potential network latency, all questions will have a 1 minute timer, irrespective of their difficulty. If we need to adjust this timer, we can in between rounds.
The winner of each round (person with the highest score) will receive a 5M prize in game! Be aware that Kahoot rewards you points not only for a correct answer, but how quickly you answer a question.
After the 4 rounds of trivia, please stick around in CBA's stream for some extra fun with a CBA community game of Skribbl. The link to Skribbl can be found here: skribbl.io/
