It's nearly summer again! As is tradition, the star team has lined up a weekend of events to enjoy in our 4th annual Summer Kick-off, and you're invited!
TLDR:
As always, the awards show returns, and we need YOU to vote on these awards! This time around we're experimenting with an entirely new set of awards.
It's all your own opinion, new or old, your vote counts! You do not have to vote on all of the categories. Descriptions for each award are provided in the form.

Welcome to MAN HUNT!!!
Man Hunt is a hide-and-seek game where one person (host) hides and gives out clues for teams to go on the hunt to find him.
We’ve organized Man Hunts with various location restrictions and settled on a balance of areas that almost everyone should have unlocked for this Man Hunt. If you choose to bring your hardcore iron account to this hunt, we are not responsible for its status.
Man Hunt goes as follows:
1. Form teams
Teams will consist of 4 people each. Pre-made teams are ALLOWED. For anyone not in a team, we will be drafting teams in World 325 race style!
You will use your captains cc and/or discord to communicate with your team members; voice channels can be used first-come first-serve, extras will be made for the event.
2. Check Site for Clues (link will be posted right before the event)
After teams have been formed, the hosts/co-hosts will go into the hiding spot and reveal clues here on the Forums. As the clock ticks down, progressively easier clues will be given out.
3. Find the Hidden Host
Find the Hidden host with help of the clue(s) you're given. You have about 10 minutes to find them. Once you’re there, DD on them and say your team name to claim your find.
4. Wait until more people arrive
It’s a race to find the host. Earlier teams will get more points, so being quick and clever is key.
5. Back to Step #2
Repeat the process after either all teams have found the Hidden Host or the time for that location has run out.
After 8 locations have been found everyone will come together in BA lobby. The hosts/co-hosts will announce the winning teams. They will receive a prize and badge on the Forums!
Now that we've covered what Man Hunt is, let the sign up begin!
BEFORE you sign up:
Make sure at least 3 team members can make it through the entirety of the event. Man Hunt lasts for about two hours!
Man Hunt Team Captains should be checking Discord during Man Hunt in order to get updates on when new clues or locations are being posted on the Forums. They will be responsible for updating the team on clues on the site.
This section is only required if you have a (partially) PRE-MADE TEAM
Please use this format when signing up (either on a post here or DM one of the hosts on discord):
Teams will be capped at 4 players to make it fair for each team.
This means you can sign up with up to 3 others if you'd like to be in a team with those people, but make sure you’re all in agreement beforehand! Joining multiple teams or team hopping mid-event is not allowed.
If you only have one friend or two friends available to partner up with you, no worries! You can fill your team right before the event starts during the draft.

Run Escape
After Man Hunt, we'll play a completely new event called Run Escape. To ensure the integrity of this event, we've chosen to wait until the week of the summer kick-off to reveal details.
What we can say is that this will be a race, and could be deadly. Hardcore ironmen are advised not to participate in this event.

Social Night
As has become a hallowed Casual Ba tradition when the sun begins to set (or long after, wherever you are), hop into Discord VC for a raucous crowd and free-flowing group games.
Attendees are encouraged to let loose and crack open a beverage of your choice: featured activities may include Codenames, Skribblio, GarticPhone, and impromptu karaoke, but your imagination--and cellar--is the limit.
Tournament Race & Charity Stream
We have a tournament race planned for all of you! Starting at @ 19 UTC, World TBA, we will draft teams at Wave 1. Just like regular races and funs, everyone with three level 5 roles is welcome. This highly competitive event will have up to 14 teams competing - first two rounds will be in a pool play and, then, in bracketed rounds until one team has secured victory in the championship round. Again we need YOUR help to hit that goal of 14 teams. Prize money and forum badges WILL be awarded.
During the tournament we'll also be putting all the donations and twitch subs we get toward charity! More details on the charity portion of the stream will come soon.

Community Awards / Drop Party
Every six months, the CBA community votes on community awards. Refer to the beginning of this thread for the award categories and submit your votes HERE. We will read the results of the awards live on stream. Tune in at www.twitch.tv/casualba.
To conclude this portion of the event, there also will be a drop party funded by stars!
For fairness due to popularity the drop party will be restricted to CBA ranks.
To all the iron-(wo)men in our cc: If you want to attend the drop party, please ask a star to swap your rank to your non-iron account.
Sunday Races
To close our Fourth Summer Kick-Off event, we will host our normal installation of Sunday Races for anyone who still has the energy to go the distance with us.
Thank you for all the love and support you give us! Let's make this kick-off one for the ages!
